Thank you for your purchase. We’re certain that you’re going to love our products, but sometimes things just don’t work out the way you expect. If, for whatever reason, you aren’t happy with your purchase, contact us at info@bebetouraus.com to organize a return within the first 30 days of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all original labels and tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards and products purchased using gift cards.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
